Pour Society

Private events, properly poured

Chicagoland and the northwest suburbs. Tell me the date and the headcount and I'll come back with a menu and a quote.

Private parties

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, holidays. A cocktail menu matched to the people actually coming, and someone behind the bar who reads a room.

Weddings & showers

Signature drinks for the couple, a list that moves fast enough for a crowd, and service that holds up through the whole night rather than the first hour.

Corporate & holiday

Office parties, client events, open houses. Clean setup, consistent pours, and a bar that looks like it belongs in the room.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises

1. Tell me about the night. The date, the headcount, where it is, and what the occasion is. That's enough for me to say yes and give you a number.

2. We build the menu. Usually three to five drinks, chosen around who's actually coming — not a list that looks impressive and takes four minutes a glass.

3. You handle the bottles, I handle the bar. I'll send a shopping list with exact quantities so you're not guessing or over-buying. If you'd rather I source it, say so.

4. I arrive early and leave it clean. Setup, service, and breakdown. You should be a guest at your own party.

Good to know

I serve Schaumburg, Arlington Heights, Palatine, Barrington and the greater Chicago area.

Most events are three to five hours. Longer is fine — tell me up front so the menu is built for it.

Alcohol is usually supplied by you, which keeps the cost down. Some venues need a permit; I'll flag it if yours does.

A deposit secures your date. The rest is due after the event.

Every event starts with a conversation about who's coming, what they drink, and what the room is for.
