You'll find me at Chicago Prime Italian in Schaumburg, five nights a week, from mid-afternoon until we close.

Sit at the bar, tell me what you usually drink, and let me pick for you. I'm good at it — and it's the fastest way to find something you'd never have ordered yourself.

There's a drink of the week every Monday. I post what I'm pouring, and it's on all five of my shifts that week.

If you're coming for something in particular — a birthday, a first date, a table of eight — tell me ahead and I'll have it ready.
